1. Name of company to be incorporated – please provide at least 6-8 names in their

2. Following proofs of proposed directors (minimum 2) of the company

a. One Id proof (Voter ID or Passport or Driving licence) of each director.

b. One Residence proof (Electricity bill/Mobile bill/Telephone bill/Any other utility

bill/Bank statement) of each director- The proof should clearly show the name and address of such directors.

c. Pancard of directors is mandatory.

d. Photos of all the directors.

e. Aadhar card of directors.

f. Educational qualification of each director.

g. Period of stay at present address of each director.

h. Unique Mobile No. and e-mail Id of each director. Also please provide that

mobile number only which is working and is attached to Aadhar Card

Note: If the proposed directors are already having DIN (Director Identification

Number) then also provide their DIN No.

3. Proof of Registered office (Electricity bill/Mobile bill/Telephone bill/Any other utility bill) of proposed Company. Such Bills should not to be more than 2 months old. Also

please provide one ID Proof of Owner of such premises.

4. Authorised and Paid up capital of Company. We suggest you to keep authorised capital of Rs. 15 Lacs, as it is beneficial as of now.

5. Amount of share capital subscribed by each director?

6. Main objects of the Company? Please provide in detail the objects to be pursued by the Proposed Company.
